Deborah has over 20 years of new construction residential investment real estate experience with a broad focus on waterfront development in the Hamptons and back country land development in Greenwich, CT. She spearheaded a major redevelopment project in Long Branch, NJ including researching and acquiring 6 lots, securing a 10-year tax abatement, and assembling the architectural, construction and design teams. In addition, she is highly experienced in branding and strategic marketing of new development projects, scripting commercials and hosting Virtual Open Houses resulting in thousands of viewers directly leading to contracts. She excels in training and leading internal and external sales teams in customer relations providing the highest level of service along with unprecedented price points.
